These years can slip into adulthood so quickly... Don't let this precious time fade without capturing the elusive beauty of your child.

Experience You Can Trust

Craig has been personally photographing children of all ages for over 15 years. He recognizes that each child is an individual, so he takes time during the portrait planning session to learn about your child and get to know them as much as possible.

This is also a good opportunity for your child to familiarize herself with Craig and the studio, so when she comes in for her portraits, she'll feel more comfortable with the surroundings and with Craig.

Patience Makes Perfect

Craig is patient and understands the time that can be involved in capturing that perfect expression. That's why Craig allows over an hour just for your child.

Unlike many studios, Craig doesn't rush your session. Sometimes your child will just need a break to play or relax before they'll be comfortable in front of the camera.

With Craig as your photographer, this is always possible.

Original Artistry

When you meet with Craig for your portrait planning session, you'll see many artistic options available for your child and determine a plan that captures your child's unique personality.

As you can see in the gallery, Craig's approach is to place more emphasis on capturing the essence of your child and their personality, rather than using distracting props and toys with no personal significance.

The Paternal Portrait

Too often, parents are quick to have their child photographed, but are reluctant to be photographed, themselves. We have many excuses, but it's usually that we don't feel photogenic.

The unfortunate result is that the child does not see herself in portraits with her parents.

The impact on a child who sees a professional portrait of herself with her parents should not be underestimated.

Just think; do you have a beautiful portrait of yourself as a young child with a parent? Chances are, you don't. But if you do, isn't it a treasure?

Don't let your own inhibitions get in the way of giving your child an heirloom that they'll treasure as long as they live.

If you haven't already, please take a look at the gallery.
